Payment Terms:

Payment must be received by Binah prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal. Personal Checks and Wire Transfers may be accepted on an individual basis. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed. All orders will ship once payment has been fully approved. You may check the status of your order by emailing us at nicole@binahjewelry.com, or by calling 215.680.1196 from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. A portion of all proceeds are donated to breast cancer research.

Shipping & Taxes:

Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. There is a $4.99 standard shipping fee (3-5 business days) on all US orders under $200. All US orders of $200 or more will be eligible for FREE standard shipping (3-5 business days). If the customer would like expedited shipping to any destination, an additional fee will apply and will be disclosed at time of order.

There is a $9.99 standard shipping fee (7 or more business days) on all Canadian orders of $200 or more and a $14.99 standard shipping fee (7 or more business days) on all Canadian orders under $200. There are duties and taxes associated with shipping fine jewelry to Canada equivalent to (approximately) 5% of the purchase price. Therefore, a surcharge of 5% will be applied to all Canadian orders at checkout.

Shipping dates are estimates only. Items are made to order and work is commenced only once payment is received in full. Orders are typically completed within 5-7 business days. Shipments cannot be guaranteed to be sent within that period, especially during holidays. We will make every effort to ship your order in as timely a manner as possible. Please keep this in mind when paying additional for expedited delivery.

Unless we are provided with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase, the customer is responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Domestic orders (within the US) are only subject to sales tax when purchaser is in the state of New York. All domestic orders shipped out of state will be exempt from sales tax.

Return Policies:

Title of products passes from Binah to customer upon arrival of shipment. The customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of order if any part of the purchase is thought to be incorrect or damaged. You must contact us directly via email or phone call before returning any product to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Product must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging, in the condition in which it was received. Any item not returned in such condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees, as well as risk of loss during shipment. Merchandise that is customized or personalized is final sale. Any other merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees may apply.


All personal information (purchase history, phone number, email, address, and credit card data) is information collected by our company only to help serve the customer better. None of this information is sold to third parties. All personal information sent via the Internet is encrypted so that data remains private and secure. We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy from time to time and will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of these updates. All Binah Modern Jewish Jewelry is fine jewelry, and should be treated and cared for as such. Although some stones are more sensitive than others, it is best to keep all stones away from extreme heat. Lotions, hair sprays and fragrances should be applied before putting on any fine jewelry and always be sure to remove jewelry before washing to prevent soap buildup.

In response to customer demand, we have recently begun to offer many of our most popular designs in gold plate. Please note that even high quality gold plating like ours (handcrafted in sterling silver and plated in 14k gold) can wear with time. We want your jewelry to last and will gladly re-plate your item for a small fee of $25, excluding shipping.
